About the sign
These are decorative signs. They are not certified accessibility signage: there are no raised characters and no Braille, and nothing here is made to meet ADA or local building requirements. Check what your premises needs before you rely on one.

About the No Smoking design
There is no circle here, only a single slash running from the top left corner nearly to the bottom right, passing straight through a long cigarette set just below center. Two narrow slots at its right end mark the burning tip, set off from the body by thin strips of steel. Above the tip, two curling strands of smoke rise side by side like stretched letter S shapes, the longer one reaching down toward the ash.
