About the sign
These are decorative signs. They are not certified accessibility signage: there are no raised characters and no Braille, and nothing here is made to meet ADA or local building requirements. Check what your premises needs before you rely on one.

About the No Smoking Ring design
Everything in this drawing is traced in one even line, so the cigarette is an outlined bar rather than a solid block, with a narrow band marking off the lit end at the right. From that tip a ribbon of smoke climbs and folds back on itself in two soft curls, ending in an open hook that points down. The slash runs from upper left to lower right and cuts across the cigarette about two thirds of the way along, straight through its outline.
