About the sign
These are decorative signs. They are not certified accessibility signage: there are no raised characters and no Braille, and nothing here is made to meet ADA or local building requirements. Check what your premises needs before you rely on one.

About the Shower design
A short square pipe drops into a narrow collar, and below it the shower head swells into a dome shaped like a small bell. A flat rim bar runs wider than the dome, with a fine band of steel keeping the two apart. Water leaves the rim in four streams of four short dashes each, the inner pair falling nearly straight while the outer pair splay outward. The rounded square and the circle carry the same head and the same fanning spray.
