Before You Write About an Order

Include the order reference from your confirmation email. It looks like MSD-XXXXXXXXXX and it is the fastest way for us to find you. If something arrived damaged or wrong, add a photo. A photo usually settles it in one reply instead of three.

What We Can Help With

• Where an order is, or a tracking link that has stopped moving.
• Changing the wording, shape, finish or size, if the sign has not been cut yet.
• Canceling an order, same condition. Production can start within hours.
• Anything that arrived damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.
• Whether an order can realistically arrive before a particular date.
• Which size suits a wall, if you tell us the space you are filling.

Our returns policy and shipping page answer most of these already, and reading them first will usually be faster than waiting on us.

A Surname We Do Not Stock

Family name signs are made per surname, so the shop only lists the ones that have been drawn. If yours is not there, write and ask. Adding one is work we do rather than something the site can generate on demand, but knowing which names people are looking for is how we decide what to draw next.

Trade and Press

Same address. Put "trade" or "press" at the front of the subject line and it gets to the right place. Tell us roughly what quantity you have in mind.
