About the Art Deco Letter E design
The spine carries the weight in this letter, a slab of steel so wide in some faces that the three arms look like thin rods pressed into a solid block. Two faces cut a narrow white slot down that spine, leaving a double line like a pair of rails. In others the top and bottom arms curl inward at their tips like hooks, while one version sweeps both outer arms into a gentle bow and another keeps every stroke slim and slightly wobbly.
