About the Television design

The outer corners curve while the opening inside keeps four sharp square corners, so the steel looks heavier at the corners than along the sides. Two short legs hang from the underside, each a thin wedge that tapers to a point and kicks outward, set well in from the ends of the case. Each leg stands barely a seventh the height of the case above it, closer to a splinter than furniture.
