About the Bar Table design

The tabletop is a flattened oval ring whose inner opening pinches to a sharp point at each side, closer to a cat's eye than a circle. A narrow column drops from the center and splits into two legs that kick out at a shallow angle and stop flat, so the base spans about half the width of the top. The whole shape balances on those two cut ends.
