About the Electric Blanket design

A rounded rectangle stands tall and open in the center, and across its lower third the edge folds back on itself in a flat spiral, a hem doubled over and tucked back under itself. To the right, a two-prong plug hangs from a squat rounded body, and its cord runs straight down before hooking into a deep J that climbs back to the blanket's side. The spiral turns so tightly that its innermost stroke stops short, a tongue of steel floating free inside the curl.
