About the sign
These are decorative signs. They are not certified accessibility signage: there are no raised characters and no Braille, and nothing here is made to meet ADA or local building requirements. Check what your premises needs before you rely on one.

About the Baby Change design
The baby here is built from plain geometry: a large circle for a head, a squat square body, and two short arms slanting down and out with rounded ends. A thin band of steel divides the head from the body, and a wider one sits between the body and the legs. Each leg bends sharply like a tiny sock, and the pair splay outward so the figure seems mid-kick. The figure sits on either a rounded square plate or a full circle.
