About the Swap Arrows design

One unbroken length of steel doubles back twice, arching over at the top left and scooping under at the bottom right, so neither end finishes anywhere near where it started. Both turns are true half circles, tight as the bend in a hairpin, and the straight run between them stands taller than either curve. The arrowheads are open chevrons rather than filled triangles, wider than the stroke they cap, and they point past each other in opposite directions.
