About the Spine design

Three openings stack up the middle, each one a wide band whose top and bottom edges bow downward together, curving like slats sagging under weight. Six stubby tabs push out from the sides, one pair per opening, their corners rounded into soft rectangles that sit clear of the frame. The left and right walls run dead straight, while the whole stack swells at the very top and tapers to a curved chin at the bottom.
