Symbol Radar Rings Metal Sign

About the Radar Rings design

A solid dot pins the center, and a straight bar climbs from it to the very top edge, a clock hand stopped at twelve. Two arcs circle that dot, and both break on the upper right, leaving a wedge of white that widens as it travels out. The two gaps line up with each other, so one whole quarter of the design goes missing in the same corner, and the cut ends of both arcs stop on a clean diagonal.
