About the Cloud Up Arrow design

An arrow stands centered in the cloud, its shaft running straight down through the lower edge and splitting that edge into two ends that stop flat on either side of it. The head is a broad chevron with its barbs cut off at a slant, spreading nearly as wide as the gap between the cloud's two lower bulges. The left bump sits low and small against a tall right dome, so the whole outline leans heavy to one side while the arrow stays vertical.
