About the Square Head Monster design

No neck separates the rounded square head from the body, so the monster is one soft-cornered block standing on two stubby legs with feet turned out. Heavy flat lids cover the top half of each eye, leaving the round pupils hanging just beneath them in a bored stare. Below, a wide grin curves up at both ends, and two small fangs jut up from the lower jaw near its corners. Thick arms hang past the hips and end in mitten hands, each with a tiny thumb tucked inward.
