About the Devil Trick or Treater design
The head is an oversized ball, nearly as wide as the torso, with two stubby horns flicking outward at the top. Small scalloped bat wings sprout from both shoulders while the figure breaks into a running stride, one leg kicked far out behind. One fist grips a tall pitchfork whose three prongs end in arrowheads, and the other swings a round pumpkin pail by its looped handle. An arrow-tipped tail curls up over that pail, and the whole scene stands on a flat oval shadow.
