About the Rope Heart design

Two strands twist around each other like a two-ply rope, and the steel traces only their outlines, leaving each cord as a pale band between thin black edges. Where the strands cross, they leave small teardrop gaps along the whole run. At the notch between the lobes the twist pinches into a tight little loop, and at the base the point rounds off instead of sharpening. The heart sits wider than it is tall, with a broad open middle.
